On 2/22/14 a friend and I drove 5.5 hours North to Alma MI to attend a memorial service for a beloved friend. After the service and luncheon, my car would not go from park to put it in gear. It literally would not move. I alerted one of the men attending the service who alerted another person, who alerted someone from Alma tire ( I wish I would have taken names, but I was too tired from poor sleep on a hard motel mattress from the night before and the emotion of the memorial service). Alma Tire had already closed on this Saturday, but lo and behold, someone showed up, then took my car back to the garage (already closed), and then they fixed my car so that we were able to drive home that night. The kindness and professionalism that was shown that day, will never be forgotten. Thank you, Susan B Coleman
